NREP is looking for a part-time Junior Administrative Specialist to join their Investment Controlling team in Helsinki! You will be a part of a team of eight people in Finland and work closely with the Administrative Specialist on diverse administrative tasks.

Your work includes for example:

  • Document management and electronic archiving
  • Assisting in digital signature processes
  • Drafting documents, such as minutes of meetings
  • Assisting in bank account openings and closings as well as KYC processes
  • Managing and acquiring information and data for different projects
  • Other diverse administrative and ad hoc tasks

Our ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented routine follower with accurate working style. You enjoy organising and carrying tasks that require preciseness. In this role, you also need to be cooperative and have the courage to reach out to professionals from all levels of the NREP´s organization. We don’t expect you to tackle all the situations by yourself, but proactive working style and taking ownership of your work are highly appreciated. We believe you will fit right in at NREP if you are an open person with good communication skills.

You can work besides your studies with flexible working hours. On average, there are approximately 2-3 working days per week. NREP’s office is located right in the center of Helsinki and we hope that you will be able to work mainly at the office, but NREP also has flexible remote work policies. During the summer you can also work full time.

Your background and skills:

  • Higher education level studies from a relevant field (e.g. business administration, law, or management assistant)
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, and ability to learn new IT systems quickly
  • Pragmatic and precise way of working, and desire to acquire new skills
  • Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills

We consider as an asset:

  • Previous work experience in administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of bank, Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), or real estate administration processes and documentation
