Customers can trust our expert guidance during the entire life cycle of their buildings, infrastructure or industrial sites and processes: from design & build to projects, technical and industrial maintenance, facility management as well as advisory services. Our customers are supported by over 16,000 professionals in 11 countries in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Our revenue in 2019 was approximately EUR 2.1 billion. Caverion’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.

Caverion has engaged in a transformation of its procurement function. The company aims to improve customer-centricity by empowering people in the field to procure materials and services through an easy-to-use mobile enabled, digitalized procurement process. To contribute to the second phase of this transformation in our daily operations, we are now seeking for a new Procurement Analyst!

In this position you will join the Group procurement team of +5 professionals but also closely cooperate with the international, country-specific procurement teams that add up to 100 people. Your main objective will be to compile and analyze procurement data and refine it into actionable insights and reports to guide upcoming, future procurement decisions. To help you reach your goal, you will get to work with our high-quality, user-friendly spend analytics tool. Your success will help the company save millions of euros, not leaving your trace of work unnoticed.

To succeed as Caverion’s new Procurement Analyst, you don’t necessarily need to have prior work experience from the procurement function – knowing your theoretical basics on the substance, however, is a must. Relatedly, even more vital is your skill to produce quantitative analyses out of vast masses of data. As you will be in close contact to your international peers and handle procurement documentation on several languages, fluent English is a must while applicable Swedish, Finnish or German are all a plus.

Whether you’re a potential and ambitious procurement junior or consider yourself already a procurement professional, we promise to provide you the path to best foster your career development. If being part of something new and progressive is what you value, come and join our professional yet easy-going procurement team!

To succeed in this position, we believe you should have:

  • A relevant degree (or your studies practically finished) in e.g. economics, finance, accounting or industrial engineering

  • Excellent skills to produce and present quantitative analysis (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

  • Fluent communication skills in English and desire to work in an international team

To further enable your success, you would possess:

  • Relevant work experience in procurement or dedicated theoretical studies

  • Applicable Finnish, Swedish or German

What we offer you:

  • A responsible role at an international corporation

  • An opportunity to develop your procurement skills as part of a big team of professional yet laid-back procurement peers

  • A chance to be part of something new and advance in your career

  • Flexible working hours

  • Competitive salary and company benefits (e.g. bonus system & sport and culture benefit)

In this position you will be employed directly at Caverion.
