Aibidia is a start-up on a mission to revolutionize transfer pricing. Aibidia is now looking for a full-time Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing and ambitious team in Helsinki! As a Sales Operations Coordinator your main contribution will be to formulate and visualize how Aibidia’s SaaS solution tackles customer’s needs and pain points. You will help develop sales assets, making it easy to answer prospect’s requests and to explain Aibidia’s solution in an easy-to-grasp, sales-oriented way. Furthermore, you can contribute to the specification of feature requests from prospects or customers. In addition, you will support data collection and creation of sales reports. Later, you might contribute to forecasting and performance measurement. To increase your own proficiency regarding Aibidia’s offering, you will gain the required understanding of its features and functionalities from a customer perspective. As a person you are energetic, have an eye for quality and thrive working in a performance-oriented environment.
In this role you will be part of Sales, directly working with Aibidia’s Sales Lead and other team members. You will also work closely with Customer Success and Product Team to support their efforts. At the moment Aibidia consists of over 30 people, including veteran tax, legal and technology experts. As the growth continues, Aibidia aims to double its personnel in one year. The company is backed by leading venture capital firms Global Founders Capital and Icebreaker.vc and is being valued as a unicorn in 2-3 years from now.
We hope you to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Business, Technology or equivalent
Some work experience for example in sales, sales asset creation or in digital marketing
Ability to quickly understand complex subject matters based on data and facts; and to explain findings and conclusions to others in simple words
Mastery in visualizing complex subject matters in simple ways, using different tools such as Excel and PPT (we are currently using Databox for Hubspot)
Structured approach to problem resolution
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
